Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at Support@thefootlab.co.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note that contacting us before sending a return is mandatory. Returns sent without prior authorization and without receiving the official return address from our support team will be the responsibility of the customer. In such cases, The FootLab will not be held liable for lost, misdirected, or unprocessed return shipments.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy or that are sent without prior authorization.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
